Ready-to-Wear Items
If your Jumpsuit or Skater Dress doesn't fit quite right, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Fabrics (Cut Pieces)
Please note that once a fabric (Kitenge, Kente, or Batik) has been cut from the bolt to your specific yardage request, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
How to Start an Exchange
Simply message us on WhatsApp (+254 726 489 111) with your order details and a photo of the item. Delivery costs for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the mistake was on our part.
